JME PIPELINE CRAWLER SPARES KIT, 10CR2 CRAWLER KIT

This package contains an essential set of hand tools which allow the construction, set-up and configuration of the crawler to be undertaken. In addition to this the hand tools also allow a trained JME service engineer the ability disassemble the system to an extent that provides access to internal PCB’s contained within the package.

With the transition of the JME’s 10CR2 crawler system to micro-processor control the spares package for these systems have been reviewed to reflect this new technology. With the transition to surface mounted control systems the new JME spares kit comes with a complete set of replacement PCB’s for the crawler system. When used in conjunction with the new JME Crawler Test Box the engineer can simply diagnose the nature of any failure within the unit and swap out any defective PCB restoring the crawler to operation quickly and efficiently. Once a PCB is used within a repair we would recommend that a replacement is ordered so the spares package is complete at all times in the event any components are required in the future. With end of pipe and water sensors being standard equipment on the next generation of 10CR2 crawlers there are replacement units included within this package.

This spares package shows a real change in how the crawler is maintained within the field. We have maximised the opportunity that the step change in electronics have presented us with. Simple plug and play parts combined with easy diagnosis and access will provide additional peace of mind to the operators and ensure not costly downtime is encountered with these systems.
