NDT Instruments participated in Geo Connect Asia 2022 which was held at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore on the 1st and 2nd of June 2022. We were very happy to be a part of this Exhibition.
It was one of the first events we participated in following the pandemic. It turned out to be a fantastic show with a ton of informative tech seminars presented by various companies from all over the region.
On behalf of NDT Instruments, Anoop Thomas, Technical Manager of GSSI, also delivered a technical session and shared his experience and knowledge on Ground Penetrating Radar.

ABSTRACT
Detecting, assessing and mapping Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) in Stainless Steel using Eddy Current Array. Check whether SCC is affecting the integrity of pipelines, pressure vessels, or tanks. Encoded scans performed with I-Flex probes allow efficient sizing of clusters.
ACFM® technology has developed a solid reputation for accurately detecting and sizing surface-breaking cracks through paint and coatings. The original Amigo ACFM instrument has since earned a reputation for its ruggedness, reliability, and ease of use. As the industry demands better performance in speed, signal quality and portability, it’s time for an evolution. It’s time for Amigo2.
